Jassi Khangura – Managing Director
Jassi Khangura is a state legislator and an entrepreneur. His tryst with the IT sector started in 2000 with an eLearning company based in both London and Ludhiana, which has now become part of Diginatives. Born in India, Jassi at age 2, migrated with his family to London where he had a state school education, followed by studying Medicine at Oxford University and clinics at Guys Hospital, London. After 40 years in London Jassi is now resident in Ludhiana, India.

Jassi's business career started around 1988 in the hotel and property sectors in the UK. He is the promoter and owner of Punjab’s first 5 star hotel in Ludhiana. Most recently he has started a large dairy farm project in his native Punjab village, Latala, which features an extensive women entrepreneur’s element with a view to rural upliftment and empowerment of women. Jassi is the sitting MLA (Member of the Legislative Assembly) for Qila Raipur in Punjab. He is the first former NRI (Non Resident Indian) to be elected as an MLA and the first ever Congress member to take the Qila Raipur seat. He is a committed anti-corruption campaigner and is known locally and overseas for his support of NRI (Non Resident Indian) rights.




Raghavendra Madhav – Director
Raghavendra is a well known name in the entertainment, media and communications industry. He has been part of the Astro Group of Malaysia since 1996, and is currently the Astro Group’s Executive Director for India & South Asia and operates out of India.

A chartered accountant, he was previously Senior Vice President / Director with Times of India, the largest media group in India. Prior to that, he was with Price Waterhouse in New Delhi and London with the entertainment, media and communications consulting practice for 12 years.




Sandeep Goyal - Director
Sandeep Goyal is a prominent name in the world of media & communication, Sandeep also serves as the Group Chairman of Dentsu’s India operations. An MBA (FMS Delhi ’84) and an Honors graduate in English literature (gold medalist) from Punjab University, Sandeep did his schooling & college in Chandigarh.

Sandeep has been on the governing bodies of the Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI), Indian Broadcasting Foundation (IBF), Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI), Media Research Users Council (MRUC) and the US-based National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences of (NATAS), over the years. He was earlier Group CEO of Zee Telefilms & is a former President of ad agency Rediffusion DY&R.




Sanjay S Sakalley – COO
For the last eight years Sanjay has been associated with the group heading their digital content and software export unit Diginatives Content Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Under his leadership Diginatives has created by far the most comprehensive online content for British primary school children and also successfully delivered digital content for education and entertainment to some of the leading names in Europe and North America.

An alumnus of FMS, Delhi ‘83, Sanjay has over 25 years of comprehensive expertise in building global businesses across multiple domains: Information Technology, Automobiles, International Trade and Services. Sanjay has had an entrepreneurial stint and has worked in various leadership roles in Tata Exports Limited, Suhail and Saud Bhawan, Muscat and Fujitsu ICIM.




Jyotika Singh – Head eLearning
Jyotika heads the eLearning division at Diginatives. She holds a Masters of Business Administration. She has been associated with the group and Diginatives since inception.

She has over 12 years of experience in the fields of Operations, Product and Delivery Management, Corporate Planning and Sales and Marketing across the eLearning, Textile & Hospitality industries. Prior to Diginatives she was associated with Genpact as Program Manager. Earlier she was associated with NIIT, Sarovar Group of Hotels and Vardhman.




Brendan Dominic Crasto – International Marketing Head eLearning
Brendan is heading International Marketing for the eLearning division. He studied Personnel Management from Welingkar Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Datapro Institute, Mumbai.

With 18 years of rich cross cultural work experience in Profit Centre Operations, Business Planning, International Business Development in IT Education & Training Sector, eLearning & Online Retail Industry he has successfully initiated business models in Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific. Prior to Diginatives he was serving Datamatics Technologies Limited as AVP –Business (US/UK/Europe/Canada). Earlier he was associatde with Karrox technologies, NIIT, Aptech, Vison Africa UAE, Al Khansa Concourse Information Technology, Dubai, UAE and Datapro.




Naveen Luthra – Chief Marketing Officer
Naveen has taken on the role of Chief Marketing Officer, to consolidate further the position of Diginatives in the target market group. He comes with 15 years plus of experience in Internet, dotcom and consumer industry and held various senior roles and assignments as Sales and Business Head.). Previously he was associated with Times Business Solutions Ltd, as Vice President and Business Head for Magicbricks.com, Rediff.com India Ltd, as Business Head for ‘Rediff Business Solutions’, He had been credited with setting up the Rediff’s hosting and paid email service business almost from scratch and growing it to be one of the most profitable business in their portfolio. He has also been instrumental in setting up 400+ ‘iways’ in SIFY in western India and launching SIFY’s consumer internet business in Punjab region.

He has been handling businesses in both online and offline environments. His strength lie in consumers orientation, building up business from scratch and building teams, systems and process for long term sustainability of the business.

He is an alumnus of IIM, Ahmedabad.




Sukumar V - Head Juniors
Sukumar is the business unit head for Juniors. He holds a MMS degree with a specialization in Marketing from Bombay University.

He has 21 years of experience in Sales, Product and Channel Management. He has expertise in eLearning. His previous post was with Hewlett Packard as Country Manager Education Solutions. His major achievement at HP is Launch of education solutions for College, Schools and Home Markets, Orienting regional teams and resellers to Solution selling. Earlier he was associated with NIIT, Aptech, Wipro Systems and Spectrum Computers Ltd.




Ajai Mehrotra - Head Corporate HR & Facilities
Ajai heads the Human Resources, Recruitments & Facilities department for Diginatives. He joined Diginatives (erstwhile Netcradle India) in 2002 and during his tenure at Diginatives; he has held a number of HR leadership positions in various teams. Ajai is an Honors Graduate in Science, and a Post Graduate in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from IERT, Allahabad, India.

Ajai started his HR career with Odin Computers in 1994, and has since worked with various companies, such as Infopro (India), Jetair and UPS.
